Gears, Worm Gears and Shafts

We have 4 gear cutting machines for spur and helical gears, and are able to generate profiles from 0.5 module to a maximum of 12 module (2 DP) in various pressure angles. Maximum diametre 800 mm.

Not only do we cut the gears, we are also involved in gear cutting tools design so if you have a custom profile, we will surely be able to accommodate you.

Geason Bevel Generator for cutting straight bevels up to 300 mm (12 inches)

We have 2 dedicated worm gear cutting machines and can cut worm gears up to 650 mm diametre (25.6 inches) and can also both cut and grind matching worm shafts.
